Spine Poetry

Part of  “Electronic Literature and Its Emergent Forms”

an exhibit of electronic literature at the Library of Congress last week. One of the stations offered piles of books to stack and compose spine poetry.  These could then be photographed and uploaded to spinepoetry.com. You can also make your own spine poem at home, in a book store or library, and snap a photo of it. Here is mine:
